I have written about The Agoura Deli on this blog before, but it is worth mentioning again.
This is our special place.
I grew up going here, back when it was called Oak Tree (any old school Agoura people reading?)
We lived right down the street from this Deli, and would frequent it with my grandparents when they were in town.
Coming here always reminds me of my Papa, and how he would always order the bagels and lox.
It is your traditional deli, with all the traditional deli eats.
Sky high meat packed sandwiches, matzo ball soup, and of course bagels and lox.
It is nothing fancy, just your local family deli.
Shane and I still make a point of coming here, for brother sister outings, and usually opt for the mega breakfast.
Eggs, bacon, hash browns, and pancakes the size of your head.
If you find yourself in Agoura, off of Kanan, try it out.
